How much do I owe the brokerage?
We offer a LOW CAP plan where all you owe to Serenity is $4000 per year! (Does not include $189 for errors and omissions insurance)
What kind of training do you have?
From weekly trainings to continuing education courses, we’ve got everything you need to stay ahead! Explore our full schedule by visiting the Training tab on our website.
Who do I call to get questions answered?
Simply put, THE BROKERS! You'll have a direct link to help from the people who run the company. We are engrossed in the business of our agents on a daily basis and are available for calls and meetings on nights and weekends!
How do I get paid?
You can be paid as soon as 24 hours from when your commissions post to the brokerage account. We will help make sure all your paperwork is compliant so you can get paid ASAP after you help your client close their house.
Do you assist with real estate investments?
Yes! We help investors find profitable opportunities, provide market insights, and guide you in building a strong real estate portfolio.
